Yes. EK60CC integrates a 108–132 W heating system. Its specified hot-extraction temperature is 85 ± 4°C, and the heating time is no more than 7 minutes under the stated test conditions.
What extraction pressure does this portable espresso machine use?
The diaphragm pump is rated at ≥15 bar, while the specified extraction pressure during brewing is 8–10 bar. These two values describe different parts of the pressure system and should not be presented as the same specification.
Can EK60CC use ground coffee and capsules?
Yes. It supports suitable ground coffee where more than 80% of particles are below 0.71 mm, selected coffee capsules with an outer diameter up to 38 mm, and suitable tea powder. Capsule geometry should be confirmed during sample evaluation.
How many cups can it make on a full charge?
The current technical specification states direct extraction of at least 200 cups on a full charge. For hot extraction with 80 ml water per cup, the stated capacity is 3 cups.
How long does charging take?
Charging time is specified at 6 ± 1 hours. The charging current is 1–1.2 A and the machine charging voltage is DC 4.7–5.5 V through USB Type-C.
Can the machine brew while it is charging?
No. EK60CC does not support charging and operation at the same time.
Is EK60CC suitable as a travel coffee maker?
