Our factory operates a professional and traceable quality control system to ensure stable product quality from raw materials to final shipment. Led by an experienced QC Manager, our dedicated IQC, PQC, and OQC teams carry out strict inspections at every production stage.
IQC (Incoming Quality Control) verifies supplier records, material lot numbers, and incoming material quality to guarantee full material traceability. PQC (Process Quality Control) monitors assembly, in-line inspection, and function testing to maintain consistency and performance throughout production. OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) is responsible for final inspection, packaging verification, and shipment control before delivery.
