Designed as a portable electric espresso machine rather than a tabletop appliance, EK60CA combines heating, pumping and extraction in a slim aluminum body. It can serve as a travel coffee maker, a compact coffee solution for outdoor use, or a portable brewing option for office and hotel scenarios.
Self-heating hot extraction
The integrated heating system raises water from 25 ± 2°C to extraction-ready temperature in up to 7 minutes, supporting a convenient self-heating coffee maker workflow without a separate kettle.
Controlled espresso-style pressure
A diaphragm pump rated at ≥15 bar supplies the system, while the specified extraction pressure is controlled at 8–10 bar for the brewing cycle.
Ground coffee or compact capsules
Use properly sized ground coffee or selected capsules with an outer diameter up to 38 mm. This supports broader market positioning than a capsule-only portable coffee machine.

What extraction pressure does the portable espresso machine use?
The diaphragm pump is rated at ≥15 bar, while the specified extraction pressure during brewing is 8–10 bar.
Can it brew both ground coffee and capsules?
Yes. It supports suitable ground coffee where more than 80% of particles are below 0.71 mm, as well as selected coffee or tea capsules with an outer diameter of up to 38 mm.
