E-come has built a strong and flexible R&D network of more than 50 designers and engineers. Our factory has 10 full-time R&D engineers across two specialized departments: the Electrical Appliance R&D Department and the Electronics R&D Department. They work closely on product structure, electrical systems, PCBA, software, control functions, testing, and product optimization.

In addition, we collaborate with 40+ part-time designers from leading universities, bringing fresh ideas, multidisciplinary expertise, and innovative design thinking into our development process. By combining in-house engineering experience with external academic resources, E-come can accelerate product innovation and provide customers with complete development support from concept and prototyping to testing, optimization, and mass production.

Our Electrical Appliance R&D Department consists of four professionals: one R&D Director, two structural engineers, and one graphic design engineer. The team brings deep industry expertise to product development, including one engineer with over 20 years of experience in humidifier R&D and another with 16 years of experience in fan development. Their extensive hands-on knowledge supports product structure design, performance optimization, problem-solving, and smooth transition from concept to mass production.

Our Electronics R&D Department consists of six professionals, including five electronic engineers and one prototype technician. Among the engineering team, two members have more than 15 years of experience in electronic product development. The team focuses on PCBA design, circuit development, embedded control, software integration, testing, and performance optimization, providing strong technical support from initial development and prototyping to final validation and mass production.
