In addition, she coordinates projects from initial inquiries to product development, sampling, production, and delivery.

Ecome has a dedicated six-member international trade team. The team includes one Export Director, two International Sales Managers, two Order Coordinators, and one International Logistics Specialist.
Together, they support overseas customers throughout the entire cooperation process.
International Sales & Customer Communication
Our Export Director leads the team with around 12 years of international sales experience. Meanwhile, our two Sales Managers focus on market development, customer communication, and OEM/ODM project coordination.
In addition, they work closely with Ecome’s R&D and manufacturing teams to address customer requirements.
Order Follow-Up & Production Coordination
Our two Order Coordinators manage daily order follow-up and production communication.
During each project, they monitor samples, production schedules, packaging requirements, and order progress. They also communicate important updates to the relevant teams.
As a result, customers can better understand project progress and prepare for upcoming deliveries.
International Logistics & Export Support
Our International Logistics Specialist coordinates shipping arrangements, export documentation, and delivery schedules.
In addition, the logistics team member works with internal departments and external logistics providers to support international shipments.
Supporting Global OEM/ODM Customers
Ecome serves customers across Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, and other international markets.
From initial product inquiries to final delivery, our sales team maintains communication throughout the cooperation process.
