Ecome has a dedicated six-member international trade team, consisting of one Export Director, two International Sales Managers, two Order Coordinators, and one International Logistics Specialist. Together, they provide professional support throughout the entire cooperation process, from initial inquiry and OEM/ODM requirements to production follow-up and global delivery.
Led by our Export Director with around 12 years of international sales experience, the team understands the needs of overseas B2B customers and works closely with Ecome’s R&D, production, and quality teams. Our sales managers focus on market development, customer communication, product solutions, and long-term relationships, while our order coordinators closely follow samples, orders, production schedules, quality requirements, packaging, and shipment preparation.
Our International Logistics Specialist manages shipping arrangements, export documentation, and delivery coordination to help ensure smooth and efficient global shipments.
With clear communication, fast response, strong internal coordination, and extensive export experience, our team serves customers across Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, and other markets, supporting reliable OEM/ODM cooperation from your first idea to successful delivery.
